Bali hosts an extensive variety of activities and attractions, one of them being an African-themed safari park nestled in culture-rich Central Bali. If you’re looking to stray from the conventional beach trip, go on a Safari adventure to meet and greet you favorite animals. You may even dine with the king of the jungle!

Go horse-riding by the beach

Hop on an exciting horse-riding adventure to explore the beautiful Saba beach, a black sandy stretch 3 km east of Denpasar and a 15-minute drive from Mara River Safari Lodge. The Bali Horse Riding stables are set on the coastal side with a tropical plantation surrounding them. The horses will take you 10 km along the beach, and immerse you, on a thrilling gallop, in Bali’s hidden scenery.

Feast on the best Babi Guling in town

Visitors come to Gianyar to sample market food, like the babi guling (spit-roast pig stuffed with chilli, turmeric, garlic, and ginger).  Located on a small side street, this open-air shop front scores a 10 out of 10 for its dishes. Try it out and get a taste of local favorites.

Snack and shop at Gianyar Night Market

Any local will tell you that Gianyar’s market has some of the best food in Bali. Other than mouthwatering street food and a wide range of traditional bites to choose from, you can find some great trinkets to bring home. The fun lies in simply strolling, browsing, and choosing.
